Keperra Quarry – Submission re. BCC Development Application #A004353123 We asked our members to comment on the planning proposal by Brookfield Residential Properties to develop the Keperra Quarry for housing. At the same time as providing housing, the plan raised the possibility of placing an extensive granite cliff line suitable for recreational climbing into the public domain. Because a formal submission was required, we provided guidance in the form of the linked pro-forma submission. In the event, over seventy properly-made submissions were received by Council.
Submission – Qld Sport and Rec Strategy 2019-2029 This is our submission for the Queensland Sport and Active Recreation Strategy 2019-2029. Read all about it.
Submission – Mt Coolum NP Draft Management Plan 2019 This is our submission for the Mt Coolum NP Draft Management Plan 2019. With the exception of one point, we responded to the climbing specific points raised by the plan.
